Software QA Intern - Razer Inc.
Conceptualized, designed, and implemented a scraper and sentiment analysis tool to provide a 20% speedup in conducting in-depth market research regarding software and product feedback. Done in Python.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and report software defects using a bug tracking system and reported defects involving program functionality, user interface, and output to software developers.
Engaged in exploratory testing of new products to ensure quality and functionality, actively documenting any issues or anomalies to support product development team.
Collaborated with outsource testing team to execute comprehensive regression testing, ensuring the stability and reliability of new software releases. Effectively communicated test plans, shared findings, and coordinated efforts to expedite issue resolution.
Created detailed documentation on current automation testing source code to increase readability, reproducibility, and usability of code.
Currently developing automated test scripts using Python, Robot Framework and Selenium, to result in an estimated 10% reduction in testing time.

Campus Legends Season 4
I was a VALORANT shoutcaster for Campus Legends Season 4, a LAN competition for tertiary students across Singapore. I graduated from the Esports Shoutcasting Incubator organised by the Singapore Cybersports & Online Gaming Association (SCOGA).
VCT Game Changers APAC
As part of the Talent Mentorship Programme by the Female Esports League (FSL), I shoutcasted for the VCT Game Changers, a tournament organised by Riot Games and FSL for female Esports players.
NUS RadioPulze
I'm currently a host and member of NUS RadioPulze, the sound of NUS. I've recorded a podcast on Spotify that has reached over 14+ countries.
